a) Detailed write-up on the procedure for opening an account along with Flowchart and video if any (optional).

The procedure of Opening of Account (Trading)

  1. Through Physical Mode /Form
  2. Carefully Read KYC, R&O, RDD, D&D Terms, Charge Sheet, Declaration, etc, and finally make the decision to the opening A/C Yes (Y) or No(N)
  3. Yes
  4. Paste the recent Photo, fill in the information & sign all the required places in the KYC form. Attach POI, POA, Bank Proof & other required documents sign copies.
  5. IPV & Documents verification at the RSBL official Level. (Additional docs maybe ask if required )
  6. After Completion of all the processes of A/c Opening then RSBL Kyc department will start to process the opening of A/c
  7. Process Complete-RSBL Kyc Department open a Trading a/c and the information send to the client /BO
 

b) Detailed write up on procedure for filing a complaint on designated email id/ Toll-free number along with Flowchart and video if any (optional). Provisions are to be made for sharing Ticket Number once the complaint is lodged.
